Join us to learn how to prepare a variety of healthy snacks quickly and easily, how to incorporate enough fruits and vegetables, how to choose child-friendly foods in stores, and how to replace ingredients in case of allergies. The seminar will be presented by nutritionist Lucie Němečková.
