We invite you to a series of meetings on mindfulness with Ing. Marcela Klauzová Roflíková, MBA, from the Czech Mindfulness Institute, supported by the Full Awareness Foundation.
Mindfulness will help you focus on the present moment, accept it without judgment, and find more peace in everyday life. You will gain better concentration, a calmer mind, better sleep, and deeper understanding of yourself and others.
