Prague 9 (Vysocany) is full of amazing restaurants. Nevertheless, the one we liked the most so far is surely Pepr & sul restaurant, located in a very cosy courtyard right in front of the local municipality. The restaurant offers not only delicious food but also extra-ordinary service – the staff is probably the nicest one we have ever experienced (not only in Prague). The menu is mostly composed of meat-based dishes. We highly recommend trying the beef tartar! Nonetheless, if you are vegetarian you will certainly find there something tasty as well. We tried the salad with baked eggplants filled with goat cheese – pretty unique combination but it was simply delicious. Moreover, you can also visit this place to get an affordable lunch menu, which usually consists of 5-6 main courses and 2 soups.
