New residential building in the Kaskády Barrandov project in Barrandov

The Kaskády Barrandov project is one of the modern residential locations in Prague forming a very pleasant place for living in the city. Here, you can find rich community services and everything you need for living in the city – starting from schools, kindergartens, a post office, a health centre, sports facilities (including e.g. a water park) up to ATMs or restaurants – is available to you within walking distance. Even the urban passenger transport is great there. And on top of that, it will improve significantly in the near future thanks to the planed extension of the tram line to Slivenec. There is also a smooth connection to the Prague Ring road. Just a few more steps and you are in the green Prokop Valley.

As part of our phased construction of the Kaskády Barrandov residential project, we are launching the sale of new residential building that will form part of the newly built Barrandov Square. As part of our new offer, we again sell apartments in cooperative ownership.

Regarding the cooperative ownership that is the most popular with clients, we launch sale of a house with 17 above-ground floors. The high-rise building will form a natural dominant of the newly created Barrandov Square. You will find 110 cooperative apartments in the building which we will build within the phase XI of the Kaskady Barrandov project. The categories of the apartments are 1+kitchenette (39 m²) up to large family 4+kitchenette apartments (120 m²).

The new building create a follow-up to the already built city quarter and form a unified architectural concept of a modern district, including parks, relaxation areas, and playgrounds. All the apartments within our new offer have their own balcony or loggia or terrace. Of course, sufficient number of parking places in front of the house is obvious as well as a wheelchair access to the building.
