Pergamenka: Two First-Place Wins at the Estate Awards

Our Pergamenka project impressed once again at this year's Estate Awards, earning recognition in two categories.

We are proud to have won the award for the Best Brownfield Project. The jury appreciated our efforts to bring together comfortable living with the industrial heritage of Holešovice, breathing new life into this unique area. Additionally, we claimed first place in the Residential Project - Affordable Housing category.
