We have invited passionate running experts Michal Vítů and Simona Pancíř Švarcová to take you through this year's running season. Comprehensive training awaits you, including stretching, and compensatory exercises. Everything will be adapted to the number of participants and their skill levels. The event is suitable for children from 12 years.

You will improve your condition, get to know your neighbours, and enjoy the upcoming beautiful days.

Simona Pancíř Švarcová

She tried both team sports – handball and Olympic running in school. And somewhere there, she has found out that she lacked a competitive nature. She does not feel the need to compare himself with others, but rather to overcome herself and look for a higher sense in sports. She has been running the RunTour series with you for several seasons, where she has formed a professional driving team. You will often meet her at charity events. She also became the coach of the Miloš Škorpil Running School. And because running is not just about running, she also works as an instructor of workout and compensatory training. And nutrition counselling goes hand in hand with it so that she provides a comprehensive covering of all the needs for healthy sports.

Michal Vítů

This South Bohemian native from Pelhřimov has been living a sport since his childhood. Twenty-five years ago, he took a liking to running, philosophically he builds upon the environment of Miloš Škorpil Running School. He gained extensive experience in the training of fitness runners thanks to his many years as the head coach of the Running Mall. He has been a well-known figure in the cross-country pacer's community for almost ten years. He writes, lectures, and talks about running. He is a propagator of a natural, sensible running approach with special emphasis on the health side of things. He argues that truly effective, long-term training should cultivate a person, not to damage their health.
